Shipping & Returns



Delivery. We will deliver your order to your door between July 3rd and 4th, as long as you place your order latest June 26nd. (If the orders are held up at customs, we will inform you straight away.)

Pre-order window. This pre-order is open from June 24th until June 26nd, 3 days only. DUA Suits is moving its sales to Lombok and will no longer sell online from the Netherlands. But every now and then we will drop some new items online

Returns. Not happy with your order? You can return it within 7 days of receiving it. Items that do not meet the following requirements will not be accepted for return. 

  • Returned within days of the receiving date
  • In its original condition
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Clean, with no stains or odors
  • All original tags must be attached

Return shipping costs to our Netherlands address are at the expense of the customer.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer exchanges, as all orders ship from Indonesia and an exchange would mean shipping twice. This is expensive and takes a long time.

To initiate a return, please email us at info(at)duasuits.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will guide you through the next steps.
