1. How do I know what size to choose?

We've provided a detailed size guide for each product on our website to help you find the perfect fit. If you're still unsure, feel free to contact us, and our team will be happy to assist you in selecting the right size.

Think your elastic waistband is too tight? Just send us an email, we have a simple trick to size it up, and we’ll send you a short video to show you how.

2. What is the return policy?

Returns. Not happy with your order? You can return it within 7 days of receiving it. Items that do not meet the following requirements will not be accepted for return. 

  • Returned within days of the receiving date
  • In its original condition
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Clean, with no stains or odors
  • All original tags must be attached

Return shipping costs to our Netherlands address are at the expense of the customer.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer exchanges, as all orders ship from Indonesia and an exchange would mean shipping twice. This is expensive and takes a long time.

3. How do I care for my DUA Suit?

To ensure the longevity of your DUA Suits, we recommend hand washing in cold water with mild detergent and laying flat to dry. Avoid wringing or twisting the fabric, and do not bleach or tumble dry. For specific care instructions, please refer to the care label inside your garment. But don't worry, machine wash on low temperature is also fine, just don't tumble dry.

5. Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order has been processed and shipped within the Netherlands, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery and estimated arrival date.

9. Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?

We process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery, but if you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us on info[@]duasuits.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but once your order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
